a "current" member is anyone who . .
- on or since 1 July 2025 has made a donation for an Annual or Life membership, or
- has had a donation for an Annual membership during our 2024-2025 season carried forward to cover their Annual membership for our 2025-2026 season; or
- at any time prior to 1 July 2025 has made a donation for a Life membership.
- a "friend" is anyone who is not a current member but is on our e-contacts list as of 5 pm on the day of the meeting.

Members may raise questions, offer comments, and present, second, and vote on motions. Friends are welcome to attend as non-voting observers who may raise questions and offer comments.
Pre-registration before this Zoom event is not required. Members and friends will be emailed a link for joining the meeting approximately five days before the scheduled date and again on the day of the meeting.
